In addition to our PCBA assembly services, we can also produce a complete electronic and/or mechanical assembly for you. From subsystem, cabinet building and complete box building projects to packaging and shipping to your customers. In short, a total turnkey manufacturing solution.
The box building process we develop is specific to your project. Some steps are complex, others more simple. Especially for this, we have a very flexible assembly line with experienced staff. So feel free to let us know how we can use our complete box building services for you. No matter what volume you want to have built, we will take care of it. This can be done in different ways:
Build-to-order (BTO) = weekly on demand (order) assembly of a defined product
Configurate-to-order (CTO) = putting together a final product from a number of fixed components that can change per order/project (number of LED boards, drivers, power supplies, etc.).
After assembly and programming, the electronics are ready. But this is not yet a finished product. In many cases the electronics still have to be tested, processed in an enclosure and packed.
